For decades we have been subjected to an uneven balance of healthy living and the need for quality nutrient rich food grown in nutrient rich soil has almost become a thing of the past, or at the very least, its become a trend, or a "healthy" option.

Nutrient rich healthy grown food in lush soil should never be considered a trend or a choice. The fact that we are told daily that we have a choice as to whether we eat GMO, synthetic, or Hybrid food as opposed to organic healthy food rich in all the nutrients our body needs, simply demonstrates how gullible we have become and how easily manipulated and controlled we are.
For most people, organic food is too expensive and becomes an irregular "treat" and with globalists devising new innovative ways to bring food to your table at a lower cost, our health is the only thing that suffers whilst the fat controllers get richer and fatter on healthy foods and expensive wines and champagne.

Every time you order a takeaway you are eating synthetic, GMO grown, unhealthy food that your body can't process, devoid of any nutrients. Because of this, your body becomes unbalanced and several things happen inside.
Have you ever noticed how your morning cereal is laced with vitamins, because all the nutrients have been eradicated, right from the moment they started spraying the crop with herbicides, pesticides and fertilisers.
One of the studies suggests that junk food, synthetic ingredients and GMO affects your cognitive behaviour, it affects how the body regulates heat, how it dispenses toxins, or rather in this case, it actually stores toxins. It also degrades your immune system and prevents your mind operating as it was designed.
Eating these toxic ingredients prevents your mind and body accessing the really good stuff in your body, some say, it even blocks your penal gland.
Furthermore, the toxins and chemicals contained in our cheap food, some of which, are disguised using complex names that the average person simply doesn't understand, are increasing the risk of cancer, so much so that 1 in 2 people will have cancer by the time they're 50 from eating mass produced, commercially grown or processed food.

Aside the fact that this is incredibly disturbing information, chemicals such as Formaldehyde and fluoride should never have been given the opportunity to be included in our daily consumption.
But alll of this is of no interest to the producers of such food. They don't mind if ancient tribal villages are destroyed or the inhabitants are shot dead to grow soy bean to feed the cattle to make your fast food burgers. They don't care if they desimate thousands upon thousands of acres of ancient rain forests, destroying wildlife on the border of extinction just so your kids can enjoy their morning rainbow coloured cereals, they have a simple agenda, they want to keep their investors and shareholders happy whilst working in conjunction with other globalists to keep your minds suppressed.
Manipulating our minds through what we consume has been going on for some time. The saying, "you are what you eat" has never been more true.
We have become a nation of unhealthy people.

Whilst most hardcore consumers will be happy to spend tens of thousands on a car, or thousands on a watch, or handbag, or hundreds on shoes or a bed, they pay little attention, respect and value on what they eat for their health.
We are more concerned by what we look like, what we have, and how others judge our wealth, than we are about what's going on inside our bodies.
Everyday our bodies are subjected to a barrage of abuse from toxins and chemicals but for some, a small minority, they find buying "super food" is good enough to counteract the damage.
Vegetables, fruit and organic food, should never be labelled as a healthy option. It's is the only option for optimum performance of our body and our mind. The balance of our wellbeing is measured by what we put inside our bodies. For example, if you don't drink enough water, you become tired, you may experience a headache, your body overheats and your cognitive response is affected, in fact, it can eventually lead to organ shutdown. Water (not tap water) is our lifeblood, yet it costs, in some places, more than a burger!

As for the waste that bottled water produces, well, that's another story and one which is the responsibility of global consumerism but blamed on those that drink from plastic bottles!
Please, the next time you think about ordering from JustEat, Ubereats, or if you intend to "treat" your kids to a not so happy, meal, ask yourself, are you "happy" poisoning your children?
Finally, the solution is on a community level. As a community, if we grow food forests or utilised the grass verges and parks to grow food trees, there would be an organic abundance of free food for all. Instead of planting a hardy tree, plant a fruit tree.
Interestingly, we have been doing something similar in our own area, the trouble is most of the residents don't even know what's growing on the trees!
We need to start going backwards and reeducate.
